POLISH CONSTITUTION DAY
I am delighted to send my best wishes to everyone celebrating Polish Constitution Day on 3 May.
This commemorates the progressive and far-sighted Constitution of 1791 that captured the Polish people’s desire for an independent and just society.
Australia that generations of migrants have worked so hard to build our nation and our state, founding families that have flourished while still celebrating traditional culture, religion and language.
I applaud the Polish Australian community for their commitment to social harmony and cohesion. This support has helped us to find strength in diversity and become
a successful and prosperous state.
